Our encounter with this dress shop was disappointing, as we initially believed it offered excellent customer service. Despite being provided with numerous details to make the purchase, communication abruptly ceased after the dress was ordered. Despite multiple requests, the shop has failed to reach out to us. We were instructed to express our concerns via email for a meeting with the owner, who responded in red ink. Despite our request for a phone call, we have yet to hear back from the store or the owner Jason Beckwith.

Cons: lack of communication, no phone calls to customer, lack of customer service.
