Masquerade Ball 2022

Please join us on Saturday, October 26th at 6PM (doors open at 5PM) for a GRAND Masquerade Ball! We will have French cuisine, drinks and dancing. Bring your mask and dress accordingly-this is a formal event sponsored by the Lyon County Library Foundation. https://lyoncountylibraryfoundation.org/

Appetizers

French onion soup

Crisp apple salad with candied walnuts

(juicy apples, arugula, candied walnuts with a spiced cider vinaigrette)

Entrees (your choice of)

Baked Salmon and Shrimp

(salmon & shrimp served with lemon caper sauce, wild rice, sauteed mushrooms & green beans)

Dijon Chicken

(served with roasted garlic mased potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, & green beans)

Seared Steak

(served with bearnaise sauce, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, & green beans)
