CCIM is excited to partner with The Crossing at Meadowood Square to bring you the June 2022 Have's and Want's! This center is the soon-to-be-home of Panera Bread and current tenants include FedEx, SkiPro, Taco Bell and many other successful local establishments. Currently, the center offers 1,909 SF of space, sub-dividable 689 SF - 1,200SF at one of Reno's busiest sub-markets. Also available is 3,000 - 11,700 SF of anchor space. The center averages 116,000 daily traffic counts and is ideal for restaurants and retail.
