The owner and sole crafter for this business is Cathy Barbie, a teacher from Carson City, Nevada. Cathy started making fabric covered albums in 1994. Her first album came about as a memory album of her son’s first three years, followed by a personalized cross-stitched wedding album for her brother. Cathy’s attraction to fabrics, novelty trims, and scrapbooking would turn into a successful home-based business involving both her son and husband.
