The carving station features mouth-watering choice meats like roast turkey breast, herb-roasted leg of lamb with roasted root vegetables, roast prime rib of beef au jus and old-fashioned brown sugar and mustard-glazed ham. On the hot line, guests can select from dishes like candied apple French toast with pecan maple syrup, scrambled eggs with fresh ricotta and chives, cheese blintzes with strawberry sauce, mac and cheese with ham chorizo and Nutella crepes with banana and fudge sauce. Or, try broiled sirloin steak with wild mushroom garnish, chipotle BBQ turkey sliders, pineapple and golden raisin tamales and the Eldorado’s famous mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce. Top it off with one of The Buffet’s amazing pastries or stop by the gelato station for a housemade Italian treat. Gelato flavors for the Easter celebration include banana cajeta, zabaglione, cherry and caramel and chocolate.

Eldorado will hop into the Easter spirit with multi-course menus served at Millies24 where they will offer a $19.95 special from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. to include a cannellini bean soup with baby kale, Tuscan-style leg of lamb with fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, horseradish mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables and fresh strawberries and rhubarb pie with vanilla gelato for dessert.
